Privacy notice.
This notice covers this website and the enquiries it generates. Engagement and customer data are governed by the agreement in place with your organization.

Who we are
210 Security, Inc. (“210 Security”, “we”, “us”) operates this website.
What we collect
We collect only what a request requires:
- Readiness assessment. Your answers are processed entirely in your browser and are not transmitted to us.
- Technical logs. Standard server logs from our hosting provider, including IP address, user agent, and requested URL, retained for security and reliability purposes.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels by default.
- We do not use the assessment answers to profile you beyond the report you request.
Why we process it
We process enquiry data to respond to you and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We process newsletter data on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies by default. The assessment may use session storage in your browser so you do not lose answers when you navigate within the page; that data is discarded when you close the tab. If we enable privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics in future, this notice will be updated before it goes live.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us operate: hosting, email delivery, and the systems that record and route enquiries. They process data on our instructions and under contract. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, and we will tell you unless prohibited.
Retention
Assessment results are not stored by us. Server logs are retained for a short, fixed period for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and process data there. Where we transfer data from other jurisdictions, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices to the systems that hold this data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law. Our practices are described on the trust page.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice materially, we will update the date above and post the change on this page.
